Elektroprojekt have been working and strongly maintaining their responsibility towards national interests for decades. In our engagement on international projects implemented in 28 countries on four continents - from the USA to Mediterranean Africa and New Guinea - the company has endeavoured to meet its clients’ requirements while promoting responsibility towards local communities. Such an attitude enabled Elektroprojekt to realize technically reliable, economically effective and environmentally sustainable solutions. The company’s mission statement reflects this attitude.
Established in 1949 as a company for design of hydroelectric and thermal power plants, Elektroprojekt have since grown into a company unique in the region for their activities in the energy, water, environmental management, and nature conservation sectors. Elektroprojekt's experts with their broad experience contributed to this growth - out of 100 employees in various specialties, 50 are certified engineers. A number of specialists are authorized for validation (compliance assessment) of foreign design documentation in all areas of construction design. Many employees have established traditionally strong partnerships with scientific, research and educational institutions and external experts in the fields that Elektroprojekt cover in their designs (natural sciences, biotechnology, sociology). We emphasize our experience and capacities in managing multi-disciplinary projects and devising and evaluating complex multi-purpose infrastructure systems, where we are guided by sensitivity to social and economic requirements as well as the prerequisites for nature and environmental protection.
We confirm our responsible approach to the sustainability of solutions in our projects through the continuous work of our expert team responsible for assessing the impact of our company's activities on the environment and nature. Working on projects funded by the World Bank, the United Nations, European banks, and funds in the fields of energy, water, environmental protection, and nature, we are well acquainted with the procedures, guidelines, and requirements placed on consultants in the implementation of projects financed by these institutions.
